Mainly the biggest metal bands can get +1 million views and usually it already happens within the first few weeks of the release. A lot of well known bands usually get "only" 200K per video.

Suuuure. The Concept may be all cliché. But come on man, 3d, camera and Compositing still blow me away in 2021 knowing this is so old. Symphony x has never been a huge band, so I don't think this one had tons of budget and doing this kind of stuff in 2007 was hard as f%%k.

Still have a guitar pic and a photo of Romeo on my wall at my child's room at my parents xD
back when i used to sample music by downloading music, chance led me to this band, a perfect balance of chaotic metal and melodic classical musics, angelic vocals and dark storytelling lyrics... they became one of my all time favorite bands, only second to Ozzy Osbourne. XD

This is the shortened version of the tune. Symphony X put out so much great music before this point. I remember the amount of practice that I had to be put it in to hit that pinched/artificial harmonic on the 3rd fret with the controlled bend. Symphony X are becoming a forgotten band,
Nevermore and Death are the only real candidates I can think of.. all 3 (and Ayreon) have flawless or near-flawless discographies and oozes with talent, care for songwriting and (at times) great lyrics. Plus they all have great guitarists to top it all off!

They are definitely one of the most underrated bands of this genre. All of their albums are top notch. The musicianship is second to none.
