This project we have made a Talking / Voice Notification and Warning System. At least two sensors can be used in this project. In this project, PIR sensor (The PIR Motion sensor module is an automatic control module based on infrared technology) and IR sensor (IR Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Sensor Module has a pair of infrared transmitting and receiving tubes). The DFPlayer Mini module was used to play audio files. (The DFPlayer Mini MP3 Player For Arduino is a small and low price MP3 module with an simplified output directly to the speaker) We used one 9V battery for power consumption and one mini speaker for audio files. We chose DIP components for the PCB, so it became an easily solderable board. Of course, this project includes one Atmega328P microcontroller and the minimum required component.

can i change the time i.e. enter the room and listen to a song and after 2 hours if it is turned on again there will be a sound but not that early...
what's special, I have it in the room, it plays a sound, but as long as I'm walking and I'm in the middle of the dance, it won't be heard again for 2 hours, for example, and let the sensor catch me

He doesn't mention you will need to order the CH340G chip which is very hard to solder to the board. You can have it soldered to the board when your order the PCBs but you have to tell them to do so.
You need more information on your instructables site as it does not have enough information.

Has anyone managed to build this successfully and get it working? I've tried two builds myself using the pcb from Pcbway and both have failed to be recognised by pc when connecting to USB. Red power light comes on solid along with red light on dfplayer module but no hardware showing up in device manager 🙈😭😭
