I'm right now facing the same problem, no one is ready to marry me because I'm poor. I'm 34 and I have learned so far that money is everything, without money you're useless even for your family. I agree with you that people are interested in your money not you.
For the guy who wants to move out. He can go for private A levels and then bachelors but that's gonna take 5 to 7 years. Another option is to go for acca, after completing acca you get a bachelor's degree in applied accounting. There are many other options to get a certificate or a degree.

Answering Q no. 2: Design an amazing CV (Apply an amazing masala in it) and start applying to UK not only London but different cities for e.g Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leister, Luton, Bradford, Leeds etc. Make sure you get your CV reviewed by at least 5 to 6 people who are well experienced and educated not between your peers group. UK is facing huge resource constraint at the moment so if you can get in UK at the earliest that is better as currently the passport time is 6 years and UK government is extending that from 6 to 8/9 years so better move early. Otherwise the only advisable countries are Canada, Australia, Europe (Germany specifically) and lastly USA because USA takes 10 years which is lengthy. Get out of the country as soon as possible for everyone.
If you are web designer, you can do freelancing. If you are able to earn $2000 per month via freelancing you can move to many countries without degree. The visa is known as Nomad Visa, there are dozens of countries which provide Nomad Visa, like for portugal if you earn $2800 per month then you can apply Nomad Visa and move there with family. If you earned $24000 last 12 months you can move to Malaysia.
Another way is by establishing business, like for Malaysia if you have $13000 USD per year for license you can register labaun company there. Similarly in UAE you can get freelancer visa or business visa for $3000 USD per fees, no degree needed. But for such options your income should be around $3000 to $5000 per month.

According to a research reported by Jordan Peterson, women are who are more educated and earn more as a result, also struggle to get married. Most men prefer younger, more fertile women. Is it fair? No. But it's the harsh truth.
The successful woman might have better luck outside of Pakistan because it won't be easy finding a man earning more than 5 lacs in Pakistan. In any case, wishing her the best. In Sha Allah everything goes well.

When i was in turkey there were many Pakistanis there doing business and they came on visit visa . They applied temporary residence permit for a year or two on business basis so the guy who wants to move out he can consider this strategy to move to country of his choice.
For the UX Designer, I would say, he should empower his wife and allow her complete her Fsc, then Bachelors abroad, then he can join based on Spouse Visa 💯

For the Second Email. You can just do your A levels privately in which you just have to give three compulsory subjects related to your interest like the computer sciences subjects. Then you can complete your bachelors degree and other certifications like the google certifications and etc. On the other hand you can also do ACCA with the foundation year it will also take some years and but this certification is related to the commerce and accounting field.

The second email we tried to move to portugal via Spanish visit visa but it didnt happen for wotever reasons. Try for a spainish visa and then travel to portugal they give u an entry type certificate u can find job during that duration and in 5-6yrs citizenship

Exactly don’t get angry with your parents. Try to handle with patience and yes you will know the day you will become a father or mother.

I don't think it's a problem if she shares equal responsibilities in a marriage. But women mostly don't do that. and it's been debate and topic of research even in Western countries. Women only marry and date up and above their own socioeconomic status. They don't date equal or below their socioeconomic ladder. If they share equal responsibilities then there won't be no problem at all.

Quite relevant criticism about The Education system but the freedom and self realization need to be inculcated at an early age in my opinion, by 11 th grade, the ship has already more or less sailed and their behaviors have already formed somewhat rigid and hostile and they exhibit like a jailbreak scenario while in college eventually. Safety, Security and giving responsibilities to kids all play a role, abroad, school kids travel independently in public trams. 🤷♂️

For the very first question. I just don't get the mentality of Pakistani men. i mean I would say yes to such a rishta. I mean who wouldn't in their right mind want a supporting wife who's successful in career? You earn, the wife earns, that's a double edge blade(in a good way) in today's world when inflation is on the rise. More than half of the problems will sieze to exist. The fact that even the parents are complaining is pitiful. No hate to the parents though, they must be frustrated seeing their relatives.

I recommend the brother who wants to move out, do a degree via Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) or Virtual University in an easy subject like History, Literature on online or evening classes so you have a degree.

I would like to say a few things regarding the first case discussed in this video.
Being a Muslim, you need to have complete faith in Allah.
Allah wrote down your rizk before you were born. You are going to take your rizk with you wherever you go and whosoever you marry. Now for some suggestions, if you are struggling to find the right guy in Pakistan perhaps you can use a matrimonial site like Muslima. You might have better luck with someone overseas.
Secondly if you leave your job and become a housewife, Allah will provide your rizk through your husband. Choose a husband who follows sahih Islam. Someone who knows his duties and responsibilities towards a wife. Someone who understands the balance between his wife and parents. Someone who observes the rights of other people.
May Allah SWT give you the wisdom to make the right choice. May Allah SWT make you a true believer (Momin) and grant your a righteous husband, ameen.
In India even an 80 yr old can study whatever and whenever he feels like and appears for CBSE exam like metric exam, no upper age limit..except for govt jobs there is no upper age limit in studying something , that sounds too orthodox or colonial..... Even one can have multiple degrees simultaneously. There are even open schools for those who are working and doing schooling together.
