- cucumbers
- currant leaves
- horseradish leaves
- horseradish root
- dill umbrellas
- garlic one head
- allspice peas
- red pepper (to taste)
Marinade:
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tbsp. l. salt with a slide (not iodized)
Step by step recipe for pickled cucumbers:
1. Cooking the marinade. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and add 1 tbsp. l. salt with a slide (not iodized). Bring to a boil and set aside.
2. We take a plastic bucket, put horseradish leaves, currant leaves, garlic, horseradish root, cucumbers on the bottom.
3. Cut the hot pepper into slices (you can add to your liking).
4. Top currant leaves, dill umbrellas, garlic, horseradish root and add allspice.
5. Fill with marinade.
