The amount of ingredients you add like chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles, raisins are variable depending on how much you want to put in. I personally like my cookies loaded :)

If you use all brown sugar, the cookies will taste differently and will have a different texture from my original recipe. But if you prefer that, then you can use all brown sugar. Sorry for the late reply. After the typhoon, our internet has not been fully restored yet.

How long did you chill it? Baka not cold enough. Try to chill overnight.

Just add 2 - 4 tbsp. matcha powder to the full recipe (quantity actually depends on the strength of your matcha tea powder).
