I've been going here all my life since 73, started camping in cades cove but now we rent cabins.
I'm planning on taking the family the week after Thanksgiving for the fall colors.
I’m going October 12-19 and you just made me 10000xs more excited for me and my two best friends to spend here for my 34th bday!

@@ruhlsoftheroad thank you, it was absolutely beautiful! Never seen so many trees in my life
I am headed there next week, this was very helpful in planning things without the need to be a pro hiker. Thanks!!!

Sitting in Gatlinburg currently on our 24th trip here in 5 years. My pic on here is from Greenbrier in 2021. Love your video!
Avent Cabin is a bit tough to get to if you aren't prepared to walk on the narrow bridge and up a steep embankment but is worth it. It is not marked but is on the right hand side of the Jake's Creek trail
Wonderful video

Beautiful footage! What kind of drone did you use to film? Just subbed #746!
We have a Mavic Mini! Super small and easy to use and has a great camera
@@ruhlsoftheroad Awesome! I agree. I also have the mavic mini and it has a very great camera. Since you are into hiking, there is a ton of places to explore and hike on my channel that might interest you. Would love to hear your feedback! Cheers
Pretty sure drones are illegal in NPs and can carry hefty fines if caught. Do with that what you will… 🤷♂️
This was such a great informative video.
Hey, what is the name of song at the beginning of the video that starts “hell of a time”?
Would you say the Alum cave trail is kid friendly?
Anyone know of any good trout streams in the park along these hikes? I want to take the fly rod with me!
It’s a little hard to hear with all the loud music, but thanks for posting.
Note to self...Clingmans Dome.
Did you ever come across any Moonshiners or any kind of still let me know
I'm going to guess that Zach is a Libra and Julie is a Sagittarius.
Good video, but I found the music distracting.
