Like how do you approach collecting in general ( making the plan from scratch, to how you reaserch for a card you just saw somewhere and dont know anything about it, to looking and researching for offers on mercari, to getting the order and putting it in the collection).

Yep! finding them outside of Japan in this kind of condition is near impossible. I buy most of my cards from Japan.
