LOTRO: The Saga of Vegward - Episode 61: Havens of Belfalas [Arkenstone Server]

In the sixty-first episode, Vegward continues his epic journey, venturing into the strategic and picturesque Havens of Belfalas in Western Gondor. Pressing forward to the majestic city of Dol Amroth, Vegward is determined to consult with Lothiriel about the increasing corsair threat that has plagued local villagers and disrupted trade throughout the region, especially near Tadrent and the ancient elf port of Edhellond. Upon arrival in Dol Amroth, Vegward is struck by the city's grandeur and its pivotal role in defending the western reaches of Gondor. However, he quickly discovers that the city faces an immediate threat from a blockade of corsair ships menacing its shores. Vegward takes decisive action, thwarting the corsairs' attempts to raid historical relics at Edhellond, and he boldly raids a corsair camp south of Dol Amroth, crippling their operations in the area. In addition to these exploits, Vegward takes to the streets of Dol Amroth itself, patrolling to root out corsair spies embedded within the city. His efforts lead to a surprising reunion with Ajax, previously captured by the notorious corsair captain Abedec, further hampering the corsairs' plans to seize control of the Havens and Dol Amroth. Throughout his adventures, Vegward is confronted with the harsh reality that he alone cannot stave off the corsair threat. Acknowledging the need for greater support, he seeks counsel from Lothiriel and her elven advisor Dorthaneth. Heeding their advice, Vegward sets his sights eastward towards Pelargir, another critical port where Gondor's fleet is moored, realizing that securing aid there is essential for the defense of the kingdom.
