    Thanks for these easy DIY’s. You can get Stella some boots to help with with the snow, ice, salt, and cold.

    This is the first Holly Obee video I've watched, but I think mental stimulation games are important! I agree with the Vet Tech's previous comment about the "staples & TP roll game." They could accidently get cut by or swallow the staples/eat the TP rolls. One "disclaimer" you could add to your videos is pet games are meant to be SUPERVISED. Play these enrichment games WITH your pet. Just in case they get bored/destructive/frustrated and decide to just chew up the water bottle. And if you are hiding treats around a room, remember you're watching the dog. Don't go in the next room, or get distracted by your phone. 🐕Maybe a "snuffle mat" would be fun too? Supervise and have fun WITH your pet! Great video!

    We just got a 3-month-old doxie a few weeks ago and I have been looking for ways to get him to not scarf down his meal in one go and also find him some simple "brain teasers". These games seem like a perfect match and I can’t wait to try them out! You got yourself a new subscriber. 😀

    Get her some little booties!! She’ll walk funny at first but she’ll adjust to it. And if you associate you putting her booties on with you giving her a treat she’ll get excited to put them on eventually and it’s a big help

    Thank you, thank you, thank you! Definitely going to try these with my doxie. He is always full of energy and I am running out of ideas to keep him busy. I love your videos and Stella is the cutest! What kind of food does she eat?

  • @frenstcht

    Try a Kong Wobble. My dog LOVES it. I'll give her dinner a little at a time so it keeps her busy for a long as possible.

    I just loved watching this cute little dog work this out :) Sadly, my dog would just take the corner of the towel and shake it hard, treats flying into my coffee and everywhere! He would EAT those toiler rolls with the stapler thing and treats, he'd chew the bottle to rips, and the muffin pan would just get flipped upside down in like 1.5 seconds :D still, love the creativity, and will definitely try, but given what he does with Kong toys, I won't put my hopes up just yet :D

    I would love to see a video about training dachshunds to learn tricks and commands! My pup is 4 months old and the only commands he knows are his name and "treat" but I feel like he should be more advanced by now :/

      Not much! About a half cup - 1 and a half cups a day depending how she’s feeling! Sometimes she eats every piece sometimes she skips meals

    Never staple anything that goes in your dogs mouth

  • @SavetheWildOnes
    @SavetheWildOnes Před 3 lety +1

    Im a licensed vet tech and I do not recommend using string, staples and toilet paper rolls for a toy. Those can all cause foreign body issues especially if they start chewing on any of the things involved. Water bottles can also cause many issues. Just a little tip to try and keep your adorable puppy safe!
