I work at the fry station at McDonald’s and what helps me is normally the screen tells you how many fries to drop so you drop how ever many the screen tells you but normally at the McDonald’s where you work at once you’ve worked there for a bit you should know the times for when you get busy so you know to drop like 2 or 3 baskets right away before hand. That’s what i normally do. I don’t rely on the screen

my manager told me a good way to keep fresh fries and stay busy is to use the “three theee three” method where you have three of every type of fry ready at all times and if fries start to get taken you drop another basket (but always have some spare fries for an emergency) also i find it easier to open bags when you grab the top and wave it out like a trash bag instead of opening it with your hand
The part that mostly gets your attention when working as a drive thru person is always the beeping of the machines. If I ever worked there, I'd almost be annoyed by it. 😓

That french fry person really was down. What part did he not understand about "keep dropping fries". I worked as a line cook at a pub and during busy times, there were constantly 2 baskets of fries going. One basket comes up, another goes down. Otherwise, you'll be constantly waiting for fries.

When taking the fries out the oil your supposed to shake the fries from 5 to 10 seconds to save the oil and when removing the fries from the basket you gotta put the basket in the same section for the acess grease to fall off (I watch too much youtube😎😎)

Try dropping, reg with and without, quarters, Fry's, back wall, and run things back and forth grabbing crap from the back.
