there may be some areas where they need to cut back & that happens no matter what, who or where, just life. if this is a scam it's cuz of nefariousness & if it not, it's due to mismanagement on someone's part.

After Lisa Marie Presley passed away, if her daughter was not able to handle inheriting Graceland, then the Probate Court should have stepped in to determine the actual, legal status of this Estate, and had a Title Search performed to list out any and all encumbrances and liens against the property. If the consensus is that Priscilla Presley can't be trusted, and given the common knowledge that Scientology can't be trusted, and this Danny Keough can't be trusted to advocate for his daughter's best interest, and the other kooky father of Lisa Marie Presley's other children can't be trusted, there must be some type of historical declaration for Graceland so that this property can be protected from SCAMMERS.

Except that's false as the attorney in the story explained, in Florida to foreclose they would have had to present their case to a judge before the foreclosure could begin. In Tennessee all you need to do is run a ad in a local newspaper for 3 weeks, that's it literally.

Bull, it's a scam! Graceland and the entire estate was held in a trust. A trust that became an Empire worth a couple hundred million dollars, why would Lisa Marie take a loan from a sketchy company and use Graceland as collateral!? Priscilla was very conservative with investments and management and Lisa Marie wasn't the Trustee that I know of.

House titles need to be transferred to the blockchain. Instead of 1 notary and 1 banker aware of the deal, its 1000s of people who hold a "passcode" to the transaction, aka the protocol. "Somebody" is coming for your estates, next its gonna be your bank accounts going to be drained illegaly and its already been happening.
