Nothing beats the ominous nature of this relaxing ambiance. I love how foreboding it looks and anticipating at the same time because the movie's about to start and you have your popcorn or bag of chips to eat while the movie's playing. And you enjoy it twice as much the food and the movie with the lights off and limited whispers while your mind is blown wide by action scenes. 10 hours of the beginning into the vhs print showing of the very next day. Music to my ears.

i found this video and it immediately reminded me of that old tv that i found in my old house. everytime it was turned on it would make a weird high pitched buzzing noise before showing the white noise and continuing to buzz, i always loved bringing my hand close to it and feeling the electricity

I have clearly formed thoughts about the near-death state or in death itself, in the so-called "limbo": I'll be in a dark room with a TV and VHS recordings, whether it's a series of spongebob or something so nostalgic. And that VHS sound.
When I feel this in a dream, the feelings of strong derealization do not leave me, there is only me and a TV with VHS, although even the "I" itself does not exist anymore. I do not know how to describe it, it is surreal. Everything that exists in this world does not exist.
I think I'm not the only one who has had such thoughts...
