Our first Icf house pour went great! Some people in the last video worried a little bit about spillage but it looks like a lot more on camera than what it actually was. We maybe lost a yard of concrete, if that. Thanks for all the support, hope you enjoy the video. The next video will be of the steel going up. Have a

@@ausubo50 definitely some issues in the beginning. One thing was the pump people didn’t send the right size snake. However, in the grand scheme of things I’m not really too stressed about it. Concrete was about 25,000 and if I had $200 worth of waste that’s not a large percentage.

One thing I haven't heard you mention yet, is having a bath house with a changing booth/ flush toilet stall. I can understand wanting to keep your pumps separated to minimize the sound in the pool area. But you still need a bath house, IMO. You mark my words, every kid, especially little girls, as soon as their entire bathing suit is completely wet, you'll hear "mommy I gotta use the bathroom"! So you better have a flush toity ready, or else you'll have this wet streak zig zagging through your house as they frantically search for your bathroom! Ask me how I know!
And everybody quit knocking Mrs B's livestream. That was nice of her to do that. And by knowing the exact day and time of the pour, you also knew not to expect anything form the BealyGood side of the world for a few days. You did a good job Mrs B, and I appreciate that!

One third is working, one third is posing (for heaven's sake don't get your hands dirty) and the last third is running from left to right and back without doing anything.

Fantastic job by all the crew! Going to be great to see the walls once all the scaffolding etc gets taken down and everything cleaned up. I hope you took it easy after you ended this video. Looking forward to seeing the steel going in. Dog Dog looks like he can't wait to have the place finished. Cheers

On pour day, have way more people then you think you need. I pour 220 ft of footers and 24 block footers with one other person. DO Not Do That. UGH....Next pour I hired extra hands, tough lesson.

What a great team you had working on that pour. Don't know how no one ended up with heatstroke. Hope you had several days to rest and recuperate. Looking forward to the next step. Keep cool Dude!
