I have the black one with blue writing. Great jacket but like everyone says they are small fitting. I'm usually XL in jackets and I have this in XXL and it fits perfect.
I have this jacket, the hooded version. The sizing is VERY small. I'm a size 14 and bought it in medium (the size chart says M = 14). The women's version is fitted around the back & sides and it's very tight under the arms. Mine hasn't torn yet like the one in the video but I can see it happening. It's a great jacket but I'd advise anyone buying one to size up. I wish I'd bought the XL now.
I was given a similar jacket for Christmas. It has 3 sets of zippers and 2 "sliders" per zipper - 6 sliders hanging off the end!! But I found that unused sliders can be easily removed from the zipper. At the very top of the zipper there is a tiny diagaonal slot and if you pull the zipper slider all the way to the top and then turn it to the angle of the slot abd gently pull, the slider will come off. It can easily be put it back by reversing that action.
I Love superdry since 2 years .i have t Shirts,gym tech jackets,summerjacket,2 shoulderbags ,1 hoody,5 sweater ,3 tight longshirts.the best new Brand since 20 years !
I am usually and M but you have to get a size up to fit. These jackets are super nice the fit and look. The problem I had with this particular one was the wool around the neck made my face itch and break out. If they had done fleece material it would have been better. I also think they should try making the jackets removed the hood if you don't want to wear it all the time. Hide the buttons under a lip of some sort.
Not a lot of brands fit the slimmer figured "Asian" body. Superdry does a great job at slim fit. I have the same jacket I bought about 7-8 years ago along with the hooded version. Both are still in great condition after a lot of days/nights out. Their hoodies are great for the price as well, they're farm and thick. I have a peacoat from them and got a lot of compliments on the peacoat but the quality of the wool and how heavy it is sort of makes it ehh. Stick to the windcheater and hoodies. Long lasting great quality clothing for those who are looking for more fitted clothing.
nice video.i have one wind attacker bkack/orange and one ice camo windcheater with hood. i live in india, they keep me warm in winters and are so stylish, not ur usual jacket. they will get u some attention outside. i think maybe ur jacket fit is tight thats why it got torn.
Thank you! Yeah dont get me wrong, I love it and still wear it everyday. Feels great only problem was that it ripped, but it didn't feel tight for me. Maybe I reach up too high and it rip? haha
I wear a size medium regularly in sweaters and jackets. I like the slim fitted look. Can I still buy a medium in superdry track jackets or go a size up?
It will be a bit tight if regular medium sweaters are tight for you. But if you like it slim them medium is fine. If you like it a bit loose I suggest getting a large.
I loved this jacket, lasted me 7 years! Too bad they don't sell these models anymore :( now its bloody re engineered wind attackers. This wind cheater was the best of all time IMO.

Not good for winter as the thermo layer is too thin and the outer ripstop fabric is too much breathable. Not waterproof either. This is more like a fashion item. IF you want reliable winter gear go for HellyHansen, TheNorthFace, Arcteryx Patagonia, or Fjallraven coats.
I’m looking at getting a parka. I’m 5’5 and did the fitting guide on their site and it recommended a medium, I usually wear a small in other brands for coats/jackets.. should I just go with the medium?
if you getting this specific jacket from SuperDry then yeah I would recommend going a size bigger incase. You can always go to the store to try it out first if anything.
Is It Worth It? Only thing is, I don’t have a location near me to even try one so I’m just worried about which to get. For my height though, I’m wondering if the small might be better? A lot of the models on their website are wearing mediums and their heights all showed over 6 foot. I just don’t want the arm length to drown me
So anyone got the same ripping problem? Cuz i was gonna buy a superdry jacket like this but if it’s that big of an issue ... i am kinda rethinking wether its gonna be worth my €150-200
I did. Forget it below 5°C as it is too breathable. I had to wear a leightweight windjacket and 2 extra thermo layers under it to barely withstand -5. This is a fashion coat good looking, but useless for the role it was adertised.
1:22 Far out. I didn't even know Superdry had this stuff. Bought one of their windcheaters, sadly the style I wanted didn't have a 3XL as it was what I wanted to fit me as the size XL and 2XL were a bit too small for me. Luckily another size's 2XL fitted perfectly .

Yeah I recommend going a size bigger to be safe. I had the same issue.

I checked with local Superdry store here in the UK and for my size - 42inch chest - the XL fits perfectly.

What is the size you worn ?
Medium but should have gotten a Large
@@IsitWorthit1 How tall are you
Im planning on getting a jacket but I hurrd they run big Im like 5'1 so a size small should be good in mens ?
Should definitely go for a size bigger not smaller, they run small from my experience.
5'1 or 6'1 how did the jacket fit ?
@@IsitWorthit1 ok thank u
how did the jacket fit in 5'2 thinking of getting a bomber jacket thinking size s
Superdry Sizing are smaller, so you need to go bigger size than your usual shirt size.
Of course it reaped you need a size up because of the inside quilting !!! Est ever quality for the price
Thanks for pointing out :)
Thx
No problem
I had 1 it lasted years (great jacket) don't wash it though as it ruins the waterproof on it.. can't remember the sizes though, is it a tight fit
Oh that might be the reason why it ripped... But after washing it, the jacket is still waterproof for me tho. Mine fit just right.
Chris Thomas can i not wash it at all? Or just like once 3 months?

is this good in cold weather, like on 0 degrees celsius?
Yes its also windproof. If you are concern you can get a larger size and put on more layer inside.
The zippers on mine have gone yellow. Is there a way to get them back to white?
Hmmm, not sure since I havent experience yet but maybe replace it?
is it good for winter too and waterproof

What is the jacket size and your measurements??
L is the size.
How can you tell if a superdry jacket is fake?
I couldn't tell to be honest but maybe ask a professional who knows?
Cuff labels look at fakes on CZcams
Is it good for extreme cold weather??? And is it really tight that u have to size up?
Its perfect for cold weather especially when it is snowing. I would definitely go for a size up after mine ripped.
Will this work for a 20 degree ferenheit weather?
Maybe wear an extra layer to be safe? Its more of a windbreaker jacket.
is it waterproof ?
Nope. Maybe a bit water resistant?
