Appliques and Narrow Spaces. This little iron solves BIG challenges in my hat making

The Cricut Easy Press Mini gets into all the tight places in my hat making business. I love this little tool and it has been so reliable delivering even constant heat to the places I need it for my sewing, hat blocking and applique making. It is so easy to use with three heat settings. I find medium is like the wool setting on my iron and high would be similar to cotton and linen settings. I use water in blocking and this press handles the rest like a champ.
You can use the Cricut App to determine the best heat settings and time depending on the fabrics you are using. I use the medium and high settings for my hat and applique making. The press works independently of the app but the app is there for helpful info if you need it.

For hat making I also recommend the Cricut Hat Press and especially the hat form that comes with the kit. It is filled with walnut shells so it has some weight to it and can be used to hold down my blocked hats as they are drying on the forms.
