- đȘđč There I was driving across Horn of Africa when I noticed a village pub in the middle of nowhere. Well of course I did what any humanitarian man would do, and so began the African village pub party where we met some local guys wearing drip.

My grandpa worked and lived for several years in Ethiopia in the early 50s (there were a swedish guy who helped Ethiopia put together their airforce and my grandpa were a mechanic in the gang). I showed him both your videos from Ethiopia and will continue showing the rest! He loves them so much (91 years old going strong).

Ethiopian food is actually super good, they tend to pile tasty dishes on top of a large piece of Injera (sourdough flatbread), such as Tibs (seasoned beef chunks), legume stew, fava beans, and curry chicken.
