Oh Rob you were brave running that on 3s. Glad it didn't get too damaged after all that work. As you know my TT-01 truck was used as my speed run car but I used an old car shell to save the nice truck body. Good stuff mate and maybe just some 2s action with this now 😁👍👍
Oh man, my heart sank when it crashed! I am glad there was no significant road rash from it. I was going to get one of these but with all the decals to get it done I wouldn't want to run it! LOL! Glad it went well and you guys had a good time with it!
Just built one of these myself. I hacked the chassis to fit a hard case 2s lipo. I also replaced the steering links with some ball end kind, made the front suspension actually work!

It's that stupid sloppy Suspension... Such a beautifull model and then that... But there is a reason that the original Tamiya ESC's are just for 2s.,..😢

Many thanks. I did that after the run😁😂 as well as sticking an M3 1mm washer in the drive cups to get rid of the sideways movement of the wheels.
