It sucks they did not reply. I have a feeling this company may be going under restructuring, or worse. - 6:15 This is such a good demonstration of the low light picture quality issues. Did you know you can set the WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) ON/OFF, and you can also adust the exposure from -3 to +3? This should dramatically change the night time image quality. - 6:43 Notice the license plate is unreadable due to the glare of the headlights. Here’s a trick. Once you get into “range” if you turn your headlights off, and then back on there is a high probability the camera will capture at least one, or two frames of the plate that is legible. When you review the footage on your computer later, pause the video, and advance, or rewind the footage one frame at a time. Then take a screenshot, and magnify the image.
