7:14 the spec ops 1911 can penetrate through enemies. So you could of lined both there heads up and did one shot and that would of been better.

I wonder who thought that was a good idea. They wanted to put the focus on hacking to get away from pursuers instead I guess. Still a stupid decision though, seeing as how standard a feature it is in games like this.
