Truth is we all coming on a tier2 visa wants a better life so i believe buying a house shouldnt be the first thing on our mind. Like you said Ma its not a competition or a trend we all must follow. Remember we must count 1 before 2. The aim should be to meet up with basic needs while saving for wants and by Gods grace we will grow into buying the things we want in future.😊

My question is who is funding your studies? Please be reminded that you can't access public funds. My honest advice will be to wait until you get your ILR. Then you can apply for student finance and improve on yourself as far as you want to without getting into any trouble.
