@@dollu2sneh I bought the paper roast dosa tawa which was 5kg. I had to season it again though. I bought it online after contacting them and it was v good quality

Very good recipe. But usually I mix rice, and dal together in same vessel and keep it for soaking. Before grinding it, I add 1 medium sized onion and 1/2 cup of rice flakes to the mixture and leave it for 15 mins and then grind it.
It makes dosa very good.
