Everything in this world is only for a season. I’m thankful that God allowed me to be apart of that experience.
I left Ft Lauderdale 25 years ago but I go back to Calvary when it was in a warehouse on a half paved and half dirt road. I was invited by a work friend friend for his baptism of his son and I put on Sunday best and drove up the road. I see people with rings😊 in their ears, noses , black leather jackets, motorcycles😊 and I am looking I must be in the wrong place when I notice that they are carrying bibles which as a former Catholic upbringing was strange to me. Needless to say I saw that church go from 150 people to nearly 30,000. May God Bless Pastor Bob and Pastor Clay. I brought many visitors to Calvary and it changed their lives.
What good songs and such awesome sounding music. How things change.
Why can we not have more Worship made like this. This is exactly what Christians need to get through times like these.
I was blessed to have been there that night. I cried the whole time. So glad I bought the DVD and CD that night. I still attend Calvary FTL, of course, but it will never be the same.
I love Pastor Doug but do miss Pastors Bob and Clay. The good old days. ❤🥹 🙌🏼 ✝️ 🕊️

Every time I watch this I cry. I can picture what eternity will be like when millions of us sing, I can’t fathom what it will sound like. But I’d imagine..it would sound something like this!
We were so fortunate to have Clay and his entire team with us for so long. WOW! What talent throughout this whole thing! Love watching them "rock out" and remember those times, hold them in my heart because the whole congregation seemed to lift off the floor.

Man I miss this worship team so much!!! Miss pastor Clay and pastor Bob too... Never felt ANYTHING like this in a church since and never felt closer to the Lord like I did when I was in this church back then. This will always be my home church and this music and worship team will always be my home team! Pastor Clay your music was incredible!! OMG... You could really feel the spirit of GOD the minute you walked in the door!! Pastor Bob, I learned more about God and being a Christian from your teachings than I can even express.

As I stated yesterday, it is hard for some to imagine such a thing, but at times like this, that the whole congregation seemed to lift off the floor and "be" weightless. WHAT an experience!!!

Music is not worship music is music worship is worship but this could be close to worship as worship is not an emotional fase but an act . That's real worship .What beautiful music on to the lord this is let not just worship with our hands but with our lives.

Oh how I Miss those times!!! I was in that audience during that recording of that night of worship. I’m glad I learned to worship in that way and I can still do it on my own, if I need to.
I got saved at a small Calvary Chapel in the early 90s. I was at Calvary for 25+ years and watched the church grow from small to what it is today.
When I saw your CZcams channel with a lot of the old teachings, I immediately subscribe to it. I myself have a lot of the teachings because I used to serve in the tape ministry (Yes, with cassettes & VHS initially) where we used to record all the messages. I was able to buy them each week as we recorded them.

I believe that no matter what happens to a human messenger of God here on earth, where he falls by mistake or on purpose or he dies, the messages he gave at the time when he was in good standing are still good. They were good then and they should still be good today. I still Pray for Padtor Bob. I grew & learned a lit from his teachings. I've witnessed thousands & thousands of people get saved through those messages.; that in itself speaks a lot of who God was, IS & continues to BE🙌🏽
