Road traffic congestion is gone for good, almost all the junctions roads in Owerri have roundabouts, strategic meeting points like shopping malls and good road networks within Owerri municipal though is cheap constructions but is better than none, at least free primary and secondary schools education and all the schools got got new facelift with new structures.
