  • 1 HOUR PSALM 51
With the Hebrew name of God pronounced ( YHVH )
The book of Psalms expresses worship. Throughout its many pages, Psalms encourages its readers to praise God for who He is and what He has done. The Psalms illuminate the greatness of our God, affirm His faithfulness to us in times of trouble, and remind us of the absolute centrality of His Word.

Sounds like you are using new age binaural beats or something similar, is that true? If it so, I encourage you not to for it is evil.

I’m not sure it’s accurate to write off binaural beats as new age. they simply balance out the left and right hemispheres of the brain, no different than any bilateral activity such as playing piano etc. i work in occupational therapy. It’s used often in neurotherapy and stroke recovery to help restore left/right and bilateral integration and communication between the brain hemispheres. I have adhd and find it incredibly helpful to listen to binaural tones or with soothing music, nature sounds to help me focus for studying or just to calm and ground my erratic mind. That being said, yes, it’s important to be mindful what you are listening to with binaural/bilateral sound or music, because it can more quickly and deeply ingrain or “program” whatever is being listened to into the neuronal networks of the brain, etc. including when used with subliminals, hypnosis, meditations, etc etc type recordings etc., and a lot of content some ppl consider or would peg as new age

@@ECHAD369 Considering the fact Binaural beats alter brainwaves and is often used for meditation does raise concerns if taken too far. If it is only being used for relaxation I don't think it is inherently sinful. However, some take it further and experiment with binaural beats in order to open or activate the “third eye,” which has obvious connections to mysticism, New Age spirituality, and the occult. Hindus use the “third eye” to have spiritual visions and out-of-body experiences. This is when it becomes demonic.
New Age Meditation is not like Christian meditation for it is the *emptying* of your mind and emotion which leaves you open to the demonic realm. In contrast, Biblical meditation is where you *fill* your mind with God's word and ponder on it, that it may help you in your walk.
I have no scriptures specifically about Binaural beats, but I donaround New Age ideology. The New Age is very anti God because it is all about the self - the power in me, the answers in me, believing in me, manipulating the universe around me to bring "good karma" instead of looking to God for everything you need. Proverbs 28:26 says "Those who trust in themselves are fools, but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe." Ultimately, non-biblical forms of meditation, whether from Hinduism or from secularism, cannot provide lasting peace, as only Christ can give true and enduring peace (John 14:27).
As Christians (and I'm also speaking to myself) God needs to be the one we go to whether we feel good or bad. We need to be filling our minds with Godly things not emptying them and contemplate on what is right (Phillipians 4:8).
I think the last thing to do is to ask the following questions:
      • Does binaural beats bring me closer to God?
      • Will using binaural beats glorify God (1 Corinthians 10:31)?
      • How will listening to binaural beats benefit my Christian walk and witness (1 Corinthians 8:9; Colossians 3:17)?
      • Do binaural beats help me grow in my relationship to Christ (2 Peter 3:18)?
      • Am I listening to binaural beats to have a spiritual or out-of-body experience (Deuteronomy 18:14)?
      • Are there any other options for reducing my anxiety? Have I asked the Lord to help with my stress and fear (Psalm 55:22; 1 Peter 5:7)?
      God bless

Do you actually think that David talk this way to God and a commanding voice, commanding him not to forsake him this voice should be more of a pleading voice way misrepresenting the Scriptures. Good voice though.
