These are lovely videos - our friends have a house in Brixham and we are heading down later this year for a week - rods already sorted in anticipation.
@@FishingAroundBudleigh I’ve never fished Meva before but it’s on my list. When I fished Brixham breakwater with Rich Salter, Jonny lerfer and Charlie they were talking about topknots getting caught at the end of the breakwater in amongst the rocks at low tide.
I love watching you fish Brixham, it is one of my favourite places. I only get to LRF fish when on holiday, so only once a year really. Looking forward to August already when we are down again, hopefully get a few. Tight lines.
Thank you Jason. Glad you enjoy watching them. I'll be down there again next week so hopefully catch enough to make another video. I think Plymouth is on the cards too for next week
Another great video mate, you asked about gold sinney on your last one. I checked my holiday snaps from last year, I had 2 from the breakwater, last set of steps down as you approach the end of the breakwater, it was low tide as well.
I always enjoy watching your videos. Could you do a video on rigs you use and most effective artificial baits? Also.. Do you find clear water is a major factor in success?
Thank you that's great to hear. I'm honestly not the person to be giving advice on things like that. I just enjoy fishing and making videos of my days. I'm no expert. It you look on CZcams, Facebook and Instagram for Devon_lerfer. Or Instagram and Facebook for Ben Bassett Fishing amd Dawlish_lrf. They are the experts. They have a group. The Big Lerf of Facebook. That's the league I am part of. If you join that group the admins and all of the members will happily help you out. It's such a great little network
Thanks Paul. Glad you enjyed it. The Rod is a Majo Craft Ceana 4-15g. I used it that day as I know there were some decent Wrasse about. The sea was calm so was only using a 2.5g split shot as a weight and a 5g Cheb for the lures.
@@paulspencer434 you're welcome. I have a whole playlist for Brixham if you're interested ? Also. Check out @devon_lerfer on here, he has fished Brixham for so many more years than I have. czcams.com/play/PL7krlNtF-RcCBSa48-UMOg4OfhmEZ4jwu.html
