- Pune Police on Monday reached the house of trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar in connection with a case against her mother for threatening farmers with a pistol. Cops said that the family is on the run and three probe teams have been formed to trace them.

Most probably all of them because if this is true then whoever cheated will have very high chance of appearing before interview right. It's basic probability. So if you don't fake you will not make it to the ranks list. Have you ever seen upsc changing rank list. Never!. And someone told me upsc cannot check NCL status of every candidate so influential people can definitely make it and with some preparation they will surpass normal students even if the score higher by a huge margin. Poor people like us are fucked in the ass.
