    I've seen a couple of these in Australia. It looks good a lot of room. The only negative i read is the fuel consumption.

    • @KonWaiLuen
      @KonWaiLuen  Před 6 lety +1

      The high fuel consumption is unavoidable, as the small engine is overworked for the load it's carrying. A vehicle this weight remains best suited for a large capacity petrol or, simply, a diesel engine. The 2.0-litre petrol engine has its appeal in the Malaysian market because of our road tax structure that increases with engine displacement.

    • @s4214988
      @s4214988 Před 5 lety

      its because Chinese legislation. diesel cars have restrictions to be used in Chinese urban area. and a big petrol engine wont pass environmental laws.

    Is a robust vehicle OEM under UK design but there is only one scaring disadvantage. The fuel consumption is ridiculously consume. Without aircon: 60.3 litre to 350km with aircon: 60.3 to 250km Also selecting the petrol station are important too and found Caltex is the best of 60.3litres to 360km. The manufacturer should look into 1. Fan coil to the intake of air for more smoother powerful flow 2. Place magnetic clamps along the out fuel line 3. A gadget to safe fuel attaching to the carburetor. Any more suggestion please comment tks! So sorry as the UK designer can't produce out the Euro 6th edition and they are phase off diesel as electric models pending on the manufacturing board. Generally is an updated automation in their circuit system but only the affordable be driving on the road as Malaysia's petrol is affordable too.

    Hi' Kon, Im planning to get the used Maxus G10 2017 since the new one is beyond my budget...Well after about 2 years this car price depreciated about 35-40% in the used car market and its proved to be a value buy...What's your take on a chinese made second hand car..? Thanks in advance bro..Anyway your explanation is direct & understandable...

    • @KonWaiLuen
      @KonWaiLuen  Před 3 lety +1

      As a value buy, 40% of new car price is fantastic for the buyer. A lot of car for very little money. The car feels hardy enough, meaning reliability should be okay, but Best to look for an owners group on FB and see what actual users have to comment on the car and where most owners prefer to have their cars maintained. Maxus does not currently have a strong network, but they are actively recruiting workshops to be their service dealers.

    I already test drive the maxus g10, the 2.0 turbo engine its already powerfull for this size. Because i drive the hyundai starex and i compare to the maxus g10, maxus g10 more powerfull than hyundai starex. For me to move the big mpv its better to have a turbo engine than diesel or big cc engine. Because its more power and the roadtax is cheap.

    • @KonWaiLuen
      @KonWaiLuen  Před 6 lety +4

      As I've pointed out, this 2.0-litre turbo engine has its appeal. As you mentioned, road tax is cheap, and there is decent power when the engine is on song. What a diesel or big-capacity petrol provides that the 2.0T does not, however, is effortlessness at the low end; meaning you have to work the engine hard to get smooth progress. In comparison, a diesel engine allows you to amble along in more relaxed fashion, but to each his own. Good to know that the G10 meets your satisfaction. It is a decent product, at the end of the day

    • @alexlo7708
      @alexlo7708 Před 5 lety +1

      Diesel engine has it edge in starting torque. That's why the host guy said Hyundai kick better. But when at running speed Hyundai can't run ahead this car. It's final speed is also faster than Hyundai.

    • @KonWaiLuen
      @KonWaiLuen  Před 6 lety

      The Kia Carnival is a good choice, definitely worth considering - it's big, and because it's powered by diesel, the engine struggles less with the car's weight. 2016 Innova is okay too, but the 2.0-litre petrol NA engine is too underpowered for a vehicle this size, in my opinion. Since you're okay with second hand cars, a 2014 Odyssey is worth considering as well.

    Di Indonesia harganya murah. Lebih murah dari Nissan Serena dan Toyota Inova. Di Malaysia lebih mahal dari 2 jenama tersebut. Rakyat Malaysia ditipu rasanya.

      No, that brand is not represented in Malaysia.

  • @mohamadshahrirmatsaad7850

    Your review is not too bad. However your attire is appalling. Self representation is 1/10. It shows tv presenters in Malaysia is low class.
