    Hi Aya, I'm a pastry chef in the making and absolutely love your videos. They're really helpful and you do a great job of explaining everything. I'm hoping in the future you'll do a video on piping techniques as it's something I definitely need to work on and would love to hear all the advice you have!

    Fantastic video! You explained and demonstrated that so well. I’ve had trouble in the past with this. I once spent two days making and decorating a unicorn cake, only for it to slide off and splat on the countertop when I lifted one side too far. To say I was upset is an understatement!

    Would you do the same thing if you were transferring a cake from a turntable (for decorating) to a cake board?

    How do you stop a cheesecake slip around on a cake board please

    • @PastryLivingwithAya
      @PastryLivingwithAya  Před rokem

      I often like to spread small amount of soften butter or buttercream on one spot on the middle for on a few small posts and place a cheesecake on top. It avoids the slip once it gets chilled.
