- In this video I install the Tesla Illuminated LED Door sills for the Model Y. My car is a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range, and this is an accessory I've had my eye on for awhile. These you can get off the Tesla Website. Installation is straight forward and they look awesome!

Excellent video. I was on the fence of getting these but the non-replaceable battery turned me off to it. I wish they at least gave us a time of how long these would last. I guess worst case scenario they function as standard door sills.

I'm installing it again but it's not working? Everything is aligned perfectly .... but not glowing.
Could it be the battery? And where can I buy a new one?
I don't believe the battery can be replaced

@@Don-IVthey are cheap off brands though. These are OEM.
If you’re thinking about buying these don’t do it it’s a real pain in the rear end to take them off and then get off all that adhesive so unless you have specialized tools and a real love of working on cars and time on your hands just pass
