I’m pretty sure you can do that by pressing the voice button. He showed in the video that the lights change color with his voice when he talks, it showed the little mic in the video. I believe then you’re able to leave the app while it’s still running, and then play music out loud from your phone. I’m not sure tho, I could be wrong.

You can connect them and turn them on before just to check that they all work. You can not have them on for too long while they are rolled up because they could overheat.

Quick question? So idk if it’s just me or what but when I have the lights on white, to me one of the strip light is a little different color than white. Like one strip light will be white and the other strip will be a little like greenish white tone? It’s is suppose to be like or if not how do I fix it?

i have gotten these lights and im having the problem where some of the modes for the lights are just not working blue especially ill change it to blue and it will only work in one single corner and the rest of them will just stay off and not turn on at all.

That’s weird to me, I would assume it is just a manufacture error. I hope you can return them or get your money back if they are faulty out of the box.

@@ChiefDelRey im guessing the reason it's like this is because the power supply is just not enough for my room like a lot of the colors just don't work so i am thinking the lighting is ruined because of the power supply which wouldn't make sense because it came with the 65 foot lights but i wrapped them around my room and was because i had about 7 feet left was gonna wrap it around my desk but sense i also had to get it to go back up and reach the four areas to plug it in it was extremely hard just to get the walls to work let alone my desk i abandoned the desk idea because it was almost impossible and the only way id be able to get it to work is if i had a very very lucky moment but the only color that works is green and the color that don't really work at all is blue and sense i ordered it from amazon i only had a few days to get a package to send it back so i couldn't because i didn't began to set it up till like 2 weeks after i got it so

Hey there! So I just bought these for my daughter but she tossed the instructions before I had the chance to see how to download the app or hook up blue tooth. Could you share that instruction sheet possibly ? I've had no luck with receiving one from customer service

Is there a gap in the lights when you combine two strips together? It looks like I'll have about six inches where the cords connect... Did you just let those hang?

That’s exactly what I did! I let the cord hang about 3 inches down and looped it in order to have no indent in the light strip.

@@ChiefDelRey thank you! I did the same. There's a little black loop, but that's better than a gap! For what it's worth, I also attached 4 reels together sequentially and it works without issue.

Hii just curious. how did you stick two strips together? Don't all strips have to be connected to the receiver?

Sorry for the delayed response, it says that the most you can connect together consecutively under one connection is two. So technically one receiver with four connection inserts could safely connect up to 8 if it is like the one I have.

They are not connected to all four. I only used three rolls and two are connected together on one connection and the third one is connected on another connection.

I plugged in the power adapter for my lights to my extension cable and I heard a pop sound, the green light in the adapter won’t turn on now and when I try turning the lights on they won’t light up either I opened up the adapter but I can’t seem to understand what happened. Is there anyway I can fix this or should I just return them.

I don't know if the one I got is faulty or I didn't set it up well but, it's not coming on when I plug it in, ive just used one strip just to test it out and it lighted up when I was testing it, but after sticking it to my wall its not coming on

Check to see you’re plugging it in the correct way. Other than that I will assume it’s faulty.

You can control them separately since the remote has an IR sensor from the remote to the receiver. I believe that also means you would be able to sync them if you wanted to.
