Having Willock around gives Bruno freedom. Also, we are finally able to make subs that change the game!
Great stuff, Willock has really re-balanced the midfield which has had a knock-on effect to the defence etc being more stabilised. Plus his passes to the attack were excellent
Don’t know what I am happier with the 3 goals or the clean sheet, really good all round performance and really nice to see a strong bench, which makes the difference. Happy days now let’s kick on from this.

I had Dubz for MOTM he was fkn outstanding today.
He was flying around the goal like the caped crusader.
Willock is really quick and agile. He reacts quickly when we lose the ball. His passing range is also excellent.
Dubravka for me has been brilliant since he has returned! Dare I say it… but he deserves to stay there and Pope when fit should have to fight for his place!
Aye he was class today. If he keeps this form pope won't get in because Dubz is a better passer and just as good at shot stopping.
Willock has been a massive miss this season with his pace, hope he keeps injury free for rest of the season. Him Gordon Bruno and Schar were outstanding in this game. Imagine how further up the table we would be if our best players weren't out injured. 😊
Debravka on top of his game at the moment, when pop comes back just hope it doesn't mess it all up.

Newcastle are back! a true sentiment if ever there was one, as you say it wasn't a great performance but the energy and belief was there... good change of plan from Eddie... and wow we have options now

We're missing Joelinton and pope. Wilock has good movment. And pace. But not a game changer in my opinion.
Just goes to show when you have players back you can train properly and play the intensity game again. It also helps when you can bring half decent players off the bench and not have 3 goalkeepers there.
This game did have some flows. Hopefully we back off the Eddie out talk as the player depth comes back. It's all about continuity.
Finally some pace . I’d like to see him Bruno and the Kid or Anderson . Had enough of Longstaff

Wilcock so much better than longstaff who's been awful and miley who is ok...but is a kid and is just ok.
No one is talking about how terrible Longstaff is? He made so many misstakes this game and he is not pressing, he is running 80% of his capacity and he his understanding and crossvision is so bad, so bad. He needs to be sold this summer.
Sean needs some rest. It's not very smart to sell players who play with heart every game.
