Watch Biden's interview with Lester Holt the other day. He asked Biden if he was going to lessen the rhetoric about 45. Biden replied he was not going to stop telling the truth and wanted to know when the networks were going to start reporting on 45's lies. Holt just sat there. Interesting interview. When Biden mid-speaks, almost always catches himself and corrects it. His stutter often makes the corrections a bit mumbling but he knows he misspoke and knows the correct answer.
When the orange one uses the wrong word, he keeps using it. He may look a little puzzled, like he’s saying to himself “that doesn’t sound right”, but he keeps on using the wrong words.
You know those dolls where you pull a string or push a button and the same phrases keep coming out? No doubt they'll have chips in them now. Well isn't that Trumpery?

Even MSNBC has resorted to gaslighting its own super-stars in order to kow-tow to the person they think is going to win the election, rather than presenting us with the hard reality of day to day politics and just day to day living in the USA for average Americans. I've stopped listening to the shows on MSNBC I used to listen to on my computer radio (I don't subscribe to any service that streams MSNBC but up until the "debate" attack on President Biden I listened to programs for free on on-line radio channels). I no longer trust them to give me accurate coverage or tell me the truth. They've all sold their souls to the devil, who will still round them up and have them imprisoned or executed after he moves into the White House, courtesy of their warped coverage of truth and reality.

I agree with the above comment. In fact I can attest to it. In the final weeks before the midterms, I completely tuned off the news media. While they were unanimously predicting a red wave, I just had faith that the democrats would have a strong showing and they did.

If it helps, I unsubcribed from every political commentary CZcams channel and website since 13 July. Everyone, except Beau, was trying to fill my head with fear.
I know the political stakes, my mind is clear, and I'm not going to fall for the lies and gaslighting.
By not going by manipulated truth, and calling them facts. Acceptance of all evidence. Not just what fits the wanted narrative. Being overall emotionally healthy. So there is some self awareness, without a need to project self hate into others, and being clouded by emotions.

I’m a 26 year old man. Tonight I accidentally called Trump “Biden” when talking to my mom. I was tired after a long day at the office. We are only human!

For whatever reason during my 30s I went through a stage of coming in from the shops with my car keys in hand, unpacking and putting away my shopping and then not being able to find my keys..... Only to find them in the fridge, or freezer or pantry. Then as mysteriously as this glitch started, it ended 🤷
You were probably exhausted or preoccupied with something at that time. After you started getting a little more rest, this stopped because your brain just wasn't so exhausted anymore. It happens to a lot of us like working women with small children or someone starting a business and a family at the same time. Imagine what it's like being president even if you aren't 80. I actually can't even imagine lol.

When you look at who runs these networks and their financial gain their motive becomes clear rather quick.
I think it's a shame they simply won't take the fascists (I refuse to call them Republicans any longer, or conservatives either since they evince none of the principles of either), at their word. When they say they'll suspend the Constitution whenever it suits them, they mean it. When they say they're going to lock up some journalists and editors and shut down the outlet, they mean it.
But the media just continues to play like the See No Evil, Hear No Evil monkeys they've become, but they certainly have a lot of Speak No Evil of Donald J. Trump going on.

I was watching Biden's address to the NAACP and my husband came out to join me for a few. After a few minutes he asked me who was speaking. When I told him it was Biden he was taken aback. He asked, that's Biden? When I confirmed it again all he could say was wow. Obviously, we don't listen to the same news. But he will now usually listen to Beau 😊 Baby steps 😉

I'm actually stoned enough right now at 11:30 pm, sitting on my front porch where it's still 80° in SW WA state. So here's my story. My husband and and I have been together 9 years, married 5. My husband is a college graduate with a bachelor's degree in science and engineering. I honestly thought he'd come around. I was wrong. He listened to Limbaugh when he was driving around. Don't think anyone was happier than me when he took his last breath. Say what you want about me, but Rush poisoned my husband's brain. Okay sorry, I got lost in the moment (I told you I was stoned)
Fast forward 7-8 years. My husband and I didn't talk politics because it would end up in a fight.
I come outside to my porch to catch up on my youtubers and political news. Every day. 365 days a year. Mind you I'm just waking up and want to talk to no one. He'd come out here and tell me to turn that off, and I would. Fast forward about 6mo and I refused to do so. He could sit and listen or go back in the house. He doesn't listen to everyone yet, but I'm working on it. It's been a years long process.

One time on Dr. Who around 2010 or 15 the Doctor told a fictional British Prime Minister who had done something very horrible (some business with aliens the public would never be told about) that he was going to bring her down, then went over to a famous reporter + whispered something very briefly into his ear. After the PM lost her re-election by a landslide, the Doctor's sidekick asked him "What did you whisper that could do that?" He replied, "Doesn't she look TIRED?"
I hope those that are trying to do the same to Biden (but for far less noble reasons) by constantly harping on his alleged infirmity aren't as effective as David Tennet's character

My favorite clip so far is the Kevin McCarthy / Matt Gaetz one. McCarthy is giving an interview, Gaetz comes up and starts harassing him, McCarthy says there's one guy under investigation for having sex with a minor, Gaetz increases the attack then a big guy walks up behind Gaetz and quietly says "Don't be an asshole man". Gaetz turns around and looks up at the man and says "I don't know who you are" The man quietly says with a smile "It doesn't matter who I am - you're an asshole" and Gaetz turns and quickly runs away. They caught the incident from two angles- be sure to watch both 🙂

Well said. And that's in fact normal, too, because most people making a speech or a presentation have notes or PowerPoint or, if politicians, teleprompters. Speeches and presentations are not improv.
I am not old, but I speak slowly. I don't stutter per se, but my speech is not exactly the most fluid. I don't particularly like it when I hear commentators speaking ill of someone in ways that read directly onto benign aspects of my everyday life.
I far prefer Biden's slow speech above Jordan's who maliciously increases the speed of his talking when it is convenient for him to prevent somebody interrupting hin.
Biden is an easy target because he "looks old". Every interview he absolutely seems fine.
Biden hasn't had hair implants, and he doesn't dye his hair. He does have knowledge of history, a lot of experience in governance, understands foreign policy, and cares whether people live or die. None of those things apply to TFG.
It's just appalling that the media is deciding for the election when the primary voters should decide.

I was watching msnbc tonight and I was trying to read Trumps lips when he first came out he was chatting with JD Vance. Trump was whining about some woman and he clearly said by my amateur lip reading, “ she was laughing at me, she was just laughing at me” I thought he so vain and typical of him. Whining all the time.

Part of why the Biden story had legs was that the media had been priming the pump with Biden-old stories for months or years before the debate. (Rather like the decades of negative coverage of Hillary Clinton.) So anything that fit and seemed to amplify on that narrative was going to land harder and last longer.

So many people that couldn’t speak in front of a crowd of 20 people, are so quick to criticize those that speak in front of huge crowds!
And your point is? I think the valid point that Beau was trying to make is all the time the Devil's acolyte Johnson has stated Biden can't speak without a teleprompter it was revealed that Johnson couldn't either....
I grew up with a stammer/stutter. My speech therapist determined that it was the result of talking too fast. As I got older and focused on speaking slower, the stammer slowly went away. However, I still have this issue at times. I have to focus on speaking slower. When I’m tired I will misspeak more often. Biden has had a stammer/stutter issues his whole life. I’ve notice that he too speaks fast, which lends itself to speaking errors. I’m 66 and this problem hasn’t gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. Being 81 isn’t the issue. Sadly, our country’s culture is about being young and vibrant and we have an ageism bias. You notice ageism more as you get older.

The real story is how bad and lazy our media is. As for Rudy, he didn't trip. He was walking along, and then it looked like he was going to pick up a penny from the ground and just fell into the empty folding chairs along the aisle. And no one with him seemed to think for half a second it was a medical condition, which means they probably already knew he was drunk. Of course that's only speculation, even if it's a safe bet.
