Yes, we are under the state of Manipur. But for POUMAI NAGA PEOPLE. It is best to speak with our mother dialect, in any festival Poumai celebrate. POULA is for POUMAI. We are not Meitei. If any Chief guest from other tribe of Meitei represent in the programme than it can refer too with their words. It looks so inferior of speaking meitei Manipuri language been a POUMAI NAGA PEOPLE in the introduction. Meitei people never seen speaking Poula. 👌
