Kylie is extremely underrated as a Vocalist... But the lady did challenge herself with alot of various material, during the decades, and is way more versatile than other acts in the industry... Not to mention the rearrangement of her songs heard in live concerts and the abbey road album... This side of her, more than the obvious hits, caught my attention and made me love her forever
This is one of my favourite songs off Body Language, I remember getting the CD in 2003, Standard 9, and forcing all of my friends to sit while I sang this song for them in the field acapella.... Definitely a defining moment which defined my PopStar existence!!! This song highlights the vocal strengths of the One and Only, Miss Kylie!
The best part is the bridge which starts at 02:50. Unfortunately the song is an obvious rip-off of Liberty X's song "Just a Little" (the verses are identical) and this thing completely flew under the radar LOL. Cathy Dennis and Chris Braide wrote only this song for Kylie and it was not even original. Body Language is my favorite album anyway and it's also truly underrated.
+xxxTIN0xxx I never would've compared the two, but they do bare similarities. I agree that the bridge is the strongest part, but that chorus is beautiful, and the instrumental is gorgeous. She put her breathy, whisper-like vocals to best use on the verses here, LOL. That being said, it's not one of my favourites from Body Language, which is my second favourite Kylie record behind Impossible Princess. I really love the albums where she exercises her creativity most.
One of the best female artists of all time! Congratulations, Kylie!
I adore this song so much. It's very funky but it suits her house-drenched voice.
lol awesome!!
me too!!! let’s dance. and stay for coda. written by the great Cathy Dennis.

+xxxTIN0xxx I see what you are saying about LX, but AD is still a hot track. Kylie's voice suits slower pop tracks like this
