My dad came home today caught me by surprise when I was marching in the Veterans Day parade today in Marietta Georgia every one starts cheering for me and my dad because am in JROTC and I was marching and then the InterCon comes on saying my dads name and my name I started crying omg when I saw him today at the parade when I was marching so yeah he’s home with me and my family right now. Enjoying our night watching a movie right now
Tell your dad that I thank him for his service and as a fellow veteran I am happy he made it home safely.

Even though I myself am not in the military I come from a military family and I truly believe that any homecoming should be publicized on TV showing people of America just how important Are Soldiers really are

Can't hold back my tears
At first I was crying. Daughtry's 'Home' had me weeping.
Someone commented people don't know how emotional this can be .
The problem is sadly to say is that people don't realize the sacrifice that the soldiers and their families holidays,birthdays anniversaries.
Until you do it you will never know, I will always have the highest respect to all the men and women serving past , present,and future THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO .
