The problem is the hat press design. These presses need to be designed to fit the structured hat versus some random round radius design. And that goes for the Hotronix IQ 360, which still has a gap with structured hats though not quite as bad but it’s there. That way the hats that are not structured will fit also it’s not hard to figure out, just design the press platens the basic shape of a structured hat…..(duh!)

Why couldn't Heat press Nation figure this out and design it that way? This Is like when new cars still need to replace airbags. Why are we not figuring this out during the testing phase?
This process is for heat presses that have a firm, fixed-size lower platen. This is going to be 99% of all cap heat presses. The product you're describing does exist; it's just considerably more expensive.

Sorry, they're our sole supplier for this product. We're not sure of anyone else who carries it.
I would assume adapting heat press pillows would work.
Which material did you use to make the logo?
The cap is polyester, so we were able to use a sublimation transfer for this logo.
How can I fix a hat that increased?
