@@Iambriangregory yes they do and our motto is Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen so we are treated as well as the guests are treated and that makes a big difference to me!

Looks great! So how long is the walk from the Ritz to the JW?
It takes about 10 minutes through their convention center. Maybe longer if you’re a slow walker!
