You know I wonder if the reason both Escanor and DK have ults that don’t one shot consistently at 6/6 is because they have damage cap and they knew fraudrin was gonna get used
I think for DK they never expected anyone to use the ult before the attack boost, which guarantees a team wipe. Plus the debuff he gives makes it so even if you don’t one shot it’s basically a guaranteed win

I love how escanor being a duplicate is fine but gowther suffered because he was too similar to one of his earlier versions.
Because everybody likes Escanor and nobody really likes Gowther so they expect for Gowther to at least have a new and interesting kit to make up for that. Maybe.
@logicallylazy gowther is cool, tho, truly underrated character design and surprisingly relatable. Wheras escanor is a sweethearted simp or a Chad. XD
This unit alone is why Red Roxy back line isn’t completely overshadowed by just running red Liz. Cuz red Roxy backline renders Fraudrin’s unique ability nearly useless

he is still a little underwhelming for the new UR festival, Chaos Arthur is way stronger overall than Escanor is, he is way tankier his aoe destroys everything so fucking hard and his Ult wipes the whole enemy team even 1/6
@@thimo1999Ridiculous take. Arthur takes minimum one turn to be useful. First turn id genuinely rather use twigo. He easily gets one shot first turn before actually doing anything. On the other hand escanor comes out the gate swinging, one shotting basically any unit turn one especially if he gets 2 single targets. And then if he dies, he takes half your opponent’s hp because why not. Escanor is miles clear
For these people a festival not wiping with aoe First turn means bad. Mfs don't realize that every esca LEVEL 1 single target Is basically a pocket 6/6 blue the one ult. And also Just Reading his kit you can noticed that his aoe is not meant to do damage, but people can't read these days lmao

Not true. I have only the free cosmetics and like 6 mil box cc and he still destroys every unit
People say esca is bad because he doesn't wipe with his aoe and It scales on his ultimate. There's literally no other reason to dislike this character, the rest of his kit is perfect. He is squishy after the damage cap is gone but he compensates that on insane damage on his single targets

Escanor is good. But besides that: Nag, you know that but it seems you keep forgetting. On a whales account...you always have a buffed up version from every unit. A light spender or f2p escanor does maybe half the damage and also takes 50 % more dmg from enemies.
So you can give your opinion but when it comes from playing on this account...? Its hard to just believe that ya know. And this comes from someone who got 5/6 escanor in 1 rotation.

Brain dead take. His ult was supposed to be used with his attack buff. With it he one shots any unit. Also high level dk debuff cripples any team without dk meli. It’s basically an auto lose if you don’t have him

Bro no one was debating if Escanor is strong at 6/6 lmao. Get it straight, ill have to say it again every time you mention it. KR and Veteran players were upset that at 1/6 he was missing half of his utility, his aoe didnt do damage, his ult did negative damage, and the only thing he was good for was his ST damage. In PVE, T1U is simply better at lower dupe investment. And LR escanor is better than a 1/6 UR Escanor. People were, and are still upset in KR that he is missing half of his passive at 1/6. Also, ffs how is this not an issue when its an escanor, but its a shitty release when its Gowther? Lmao
They literally had to buff his cards, and even then, under 3/6 is still significantly underwhelming for a UR grade festival hero that came out AFTER Arthur and Meli, who are generally better designed and will last longer.
