sanding the surface before applying the glue makes a difference usually.. pro tip.
As a maker this is what I came to say. "Gabe's sand stuff before gluing. And remove dust with alcohol or acetone
This is why most of very professional stickers comes with cleaning fluids and even cloths sometimes
as someone who both golfed and is currently learning basic skateboard tricks, I completly approve of this idea

Gabe, you have got to start sanding the surface you are trying to glue something to. lol. Coarse grit, scuff up all surfaces to be glued. Gives the adhesive something to hold onto.
Same with painting 🫡
Watching gabe just talk to the audience is the most ive enjoyed a braile video in over a year or two

2 part epoxy and sanded surfaces or even grip tape the board then glue. Concept is there. Execution needs work. Cool idea. Hope to see a 2.0.

I use those cutters for plumbing to cut ABS and PVC plastics. If you had asked me if it would cut through a golf ball I would've guessed no. Surprising.

Sand the board next time before gluing and also use come-alongs or clamps to put adequate pressure on the board. Make sure to place a buffer between the board and clamps so you don't harm the wood 🖤

Yeah, I was thinkinking either screw into each one or drill out a little bit of the center, ideally with the the inner section being a little wider, and drill a small dive on the board so the glue has surface area to hold onto. Then let it cure for 48-72 hours

golf is the best of the three
Yea sanding it will definitely help or use epoxy and clamp the boards together to ensure a solid tact. Epoxy works for everything, might just be a game changer for you guys. Epoxy and clamps 😅

If you want something to stick forever you need to use " liquid nail " construction adhesive. 😊
You should always sand the surface before gluing things on, just to increase surface area so the glue holds better!!

Bowling is better and more fun than golfing and darts and pool is dope so I don't get you guys?(bowling alleys also have awesome food to eat at the same time so...winning 😂)I love skateboarding and the sound of a strike is so sweet. 💡💡Ok so bore 100 holes 🕳️ in the skateboard with a drill bit then implement 1/2 hardware nuts bolts washers lock nuts and tighten up the bolt head facing as the grip tape this would be an amazing idea it would be heavy but see if u guys can kick flip it 💡💡

Use a 5 minute dry epoxy combo that has two parts. That is a major improvement on just gorilla glue

Get some proper 2 part epoxy for gluing and scuff the wood/ thing being glued for proper adhesion

Golf and skateboarding actually share a common aspect: Every skatepark is different, just like every golf course is different. This is unlike other sports, where the court or field is always a standard size.
