In either case, whether they are the truth-telling brother or the lying brother, you would pick the opposite of what they both say, because one is telling the truth about it being a lie, and one is lying about it being the truth. THEREFORE, the path to the right leads to joy.
Enola:
I’m glad you finally see it. We'll be better as a team.
Sherlock:
For I expect in London we’ll be held in high esteem.
We’ll solve astounding riddles.
Enola:
Find evidence galore!
Both: Connect the dots of evil plots then go back out for more.
Mycroft: It’s not too late, Enola, slow and steady wins the race.
Sherlock: Pipe down, Mycroft, and listen cause Enola’s on the case.
Mycroft:
It seems my good opinion is a massive waste of space.

One thing I loved about Enola is that she fought so hard against being a lady and wearing fancy dresses, but given the choice she dressed in fancy dresses and was a lady! Also, her mother originally told her she didn't need a man, and she proved she didn't NEED a man but the journey was better WITH one. 😊
HER VOICE IS SO CLEAR AND BEAUTIFULLL!!! Saying this as a music student almost off to college. THIS was brilliant.

Wait, Mycroft isn't just sitting at the Gentleman's Club or his home? He was the "lazy" brother that only worked on problems he could solve while sitting on his butt somewhere.
Maybe in Enola's book things are different or they thought it would be more reasonable for him to disagree rather than Sharlock
In Enola's books Mycroft is still the "lazy" brother, but as he says in the beginning, "this was to be Enola's first day of finishing school and you brought us here"-- This musical seems to be based on both the first and the last book. I will attempt to not give away too much, but Enola convinces Sherlock that she can help solve a case of a prominent missing marquess-which she was already working on before being caught by her brothers.
By caught I mean her brothers finally find her in London after she has given them the slip at the family estate and multiple times in the city to avoid finishing school and continue being independent. Mycroft still does not do leg work in the series but he does follow up on clues on where to find Enola occasionally.
Thank you for your time as these books were important to my middle school years. I am also excited that Millie Bobby Brown will play Enola Holmes in the Netflix series

Honestly this is one of my favorite movies ever so it’s safe to say I clicked right away
I just remember the deduction measuring contest in the second RDJ Sherlock movie between he and mycroft, and to have had grown up Enola there as well would have been beyond hilarious.
