    Tank looks outstanding. One montipora that would really stand out is the flaming phoenix. I have one and it is my center piece even though it still sits on my frag rack.

    TSA definately takes the time to neatly arrange their corals and label things so you can see what’s what.

    Hello.
    I have watched a few of your videos. Your reef is always bright and beautiful. In this video, I am so glad you commented on your Ultron Favia coral. I am a huge fan of that coral. After the Christmas holiday. I will be on the hunt for one of these corals. I have wanted one for the longest time. It's one of my bucket list corals. Your Wolverine Favia will be a very nice addition and should pair nicely with the Ultron. I recently found an ok deal on a Favia of the gods Favia now it's time I check this one off my list. How long has the Ultron taken to go from a single head to this beautiful mounded colony? I love seeing mature colonies. I find it very difficult when purchasing frags to imagine what it should look like as it matures and grows.

    Flameback angels (like the pygmy angels) don't nip at corals and are hardy. I had one in a 15G and lost it in a power outage when I was away on holidays (I have a battery backup but was upgrading / transferring at the time.
    Don't get a multibar unless it's captive bred as the wild ones mostly don't make it

      Love favias - so underrated. My skittles is one of my favourites in the tank. Want to get some space monkeys or something - they look similar to the Wolvervine but the that is even better - have to search to see if they exist here in Europe

    Your big toadstool in center is what type? Where is it from originally and where did you get it ? What size frag how long ago when you got it? Super nice center display piece!

    Idk how much those small star fish irritate your corals, watch Jake Adam’s newest video he’s got crazy coral growth and about a million asterina star fish in one of his sps tanks. considering the coral farm has them and still grows coral I think people are ok with them. There are a few different types of astrina star fish though. But if he says they bother his Zoas I’d keep that in mind if you come across some of these little guys.

    • @ZoaTankBoyz
      @ZoaTankBoyz  Před 3 lety

      Asterinas are typically fine unless u got zoas they eat them some species do but I would assume otherwise fine 🤷🏻‍♂️

    • @CartersToyBox357
      @CartersToyBox357 Před 3 lety

      Yea there not always bad, guess it just depends what your keeping in your tank and the type of Asterina star fish you got.

  • @legalreefer4204
    @legalreefer4204 Před 3 lety +1

    I mean it’s a little bit of an aggregation to point at a single asterina and say “that eats zoas.” A minority of the species do so there’s at best a concern that it will

  • @chi-townreefer7736

    Where you keep your NO3 and PO4 in the 350?

    • @ZoaTankBoyz
      @ZoaTankBoyz  Před 3 lety

      Nitrates 20-25 typically and phosphate haven’t tested in a bit last time I did it was at .3

    Dude get those palys out of your tank they are a weed and not good enough looking to chance them all over the place. I had them in the sand too they where given to me for one of my first coral and 7 years later there still poping up everywhere. I had to get a new tank.
