Ganon literally isn't played at high levels. Better players punish ganon so hard by abusing his easy telegraphed attacks and long end lags.
Augustin Boulard Byleth's down air also has extremely slow startup, heavy end lag, and a relatively small spike hitbox. It doesn't matter if it kills at 0 if she's super slow using the move.

Ganondorf isn’t the greatest character, but that means, speaking from my experience as a Ganondorf main, when you encounter Ganondorf players, they’re very good, and they’re pissed off from having to suffer with Smash 4 and Brawl Ganondorf, so they are loose cannons and will kill you at 30% by striking fear into you.

Anyone that is a Byleth main like me, try up b Captain Falcon off and under the platform. If he's on top of you and about to dunk you, up air attack. If you did and you had one jump left, get to the ledge. And don't get hit by his combos. The way to beat him is knowing his moves and combos. If you know he's gonna grab you, I would recommend you do a neutral air attack and do what your combos are. Of course I know the weaknesses of all(well some I kinda don't know of) characters weakness. Comment me about your problem with OP characters and I'll tell you the weaknesses
