Hi, do you know if I can turn off or turn down the heating? Its because I wanted to have both option because I have some sofas with delicate fabrics such as velvet.

It's only mantaining the temperature is not really heating up the water...If you put freeze cold water it will became cold warm not hot

Ya there is virtually no heating. You don't have to worry about it.
