Girl I just paused to read your text, and want to offer my sympathy. I understand the harshness of feeling your dreams shattered. I wanted to be a writer myself, but then found that I was not good with words. I doesn’t help that I’m dyslexic. I hope you’ll find the strength to cope with the busyness and your everyday life. And, believe it or not, you’re still young; you still have time to do so many wonderful things. I’m much older than you, and at a point in my life where I regret missing so many opportunities I didn’t know I had at your age. I’m busy, tired, and often in pain. I wished somebody had told me this when I was your age. So no matter how busy and tired you are, I hope you can still have time to look around and try to explore the many possibilities youth is offering you. You’re wonderful, Rose.
Hello rose, i love how u make the journal. Is that gratitude journal? Because, when I want to write down the contents of my negative thoughts and try to look beautiful, it makes my mind more stressed. Can u recommend, tips&trick write down negative thoughts in a journal, please?
If you look up closely and read some of the paragraphs, you can see that Kayla's pages also contain a number of not-so-positive thoughts. To me, the role of the journal is to help me cope with emotions, both positive and negative - and yes, it is sometimes messy and ugly. If you want to keep your journal nice and clean and yet get rid of those negative emotions, I'd recommend keeping two separate journals - one for emotions only and the second one for pretty spreads about nice memories or favourite shows : )
