In this lecture we will discuss about the mechanism of DNA replication Initiation. Very First of all We need to understand, what is origin of replication? In an Ori there are two sites, One for initiator protein binding and other for DNA unwinding.
In this interesting lecture we will discuss the role of Helicase, Helicase Loader, Primase and Single Strand Binding Protein.
We will also discuss the names of these proteins in prokaryotes and eukaryotes separately.

One domain of initiator protein DNA A interacts with repeated 9 mer elements while other domain to repeated 13 mer elements in ATP depending Fashion.
