So repeating the process for a third year with a new sub count of 90 M subs x $1200 = $108 000 M ($108 B) which by itself is double what would be needed. So really the limiting factor is just how quickly she can get subs to bring x4 the subs in but even with sub optimal effectiveness this could be done realistically in 5 years.
