@@felixchuah2854 Hi mate, Modding on original team chassis can be limited on the F1 games with the tools we have, especially for Ferrari it’s always limited.
It was either this or the FOM chassis.
Turn off the damn failures.

Just quick explanation for anyone wondering abt the model: modding the F1 game is limited with the UV mapping for the teams chassis. Ferrari is always a tough one to edit.
That’s why Ferrari Monza had to be done on that chassis. It was either that or using the FOM.
Just a thought - you could make a backup of the save, then proceed to next race with Failures Enabled - if you get another failure, then yeah you seem to have gotten some bug again and you can revert to the backup and disable failures; if you don't get a failure then you were just really unlucky to get 3 in a row. Though I do remember aarava had how many mechanicals in a row, 5 maybe?..

you probably keep putting failure on high and there probably a bug on that option somehow maybe make it into the lowest rate of failure or turn it off
An idea for failures:
Every race you randomly generate a number from 1 to the last lap of the race. Then when that lap hits you spin a wheel with 9 non-failure options and 1 failure option. If you land on failure you retire if not you finish the race
having a 10% chance of engine failure every lap in a 30 lap race would mean you'd probably retire every race
