Top 50 in my country here, basically what happens when the builder hall is destroyed is that all of the zappies spawn in the middle and spread out quickly before starting to attack. What cc splash does if you have 2 synchronized cannon carts is that the first shot takes down the bh, and the second shot catches the zappies in the middle right before the spread out animation kicks in, therefore hitting them all. I guess what happened in the last attack was that they were EXACTLY synchronized, which meant that both the shots registered at the exact same time, not damaging the zappies. This means that when you do this strategy you need to have them ever so slightly not synchronized so that they dont register at the same time. Aside from that, the cc splash has around 2 tile radius and they attack the center of a building, slightly closer to where the cc is firing from. If they are attacking a 2x2 sized building such as firecrackers, they will splash every adjacent building to the firecrackers. if they are attacking a 3x3 building, then they will splash into stuff that are closer to the direction the cc is attacking from, but not the opposite side. But it is very hard to calculate this, so you get a feel for it as you use them overtime.
I can't wait to finally get BH10. Feels like my strategies are extremely limited compared to what I'd like to do... gotta work with what you got though 😂
You should experiment and maybe explain canon cart splash. It seems somewhat random and often unexpected. Would make huge differences to planning
