Company Y ka PRICE PE ko follow karta hai. Agar EPS girta rehta hai, PE badhta hai aur Price bhi badh jata hai.
Aise me kaun si company zyada achi hai?

Sir, I am reading your book, I have question regarding increase in no of shares of company. How it is done ( one is Issuing Bonus shares other is QIP is there any other way companies follows i feel i am missing understanding of this concept) and what is purpose of this. If it to increase liquidity, Market cap will not change so why is benefit by doing this i am missing underline purpose of this or is this to create a price action in share? If we buy both your small cap focused and BM 2030 then we would be having around 25 scrips, it’s not that also be more as you mention that you can make money with only few shares. 2. Can we take do a further drill down from these 25 and reduce to 10 but in that case how does it impact the long term growth please put some light one it. 3. Also, you says that if more people involved in the same stock then it’s growth might stop, so if so many people will buy your small case then it will impact the growth as well, can you please add some light one it as well
