If you do other stuff also then doing a video on Space saving , furniture like murphy beds or expandable / foldable dining table etc would be a good idea. There are so many types now a days but the durability and maintenance is the question.

Which brand shall I choose for my kitchen trollies' channel, Asian Paint's Sleek or Hattick? Also a simple one or softclose? I heard softclose has spring issues after couple of yrs. What about a company warranty?

Hello Prashansa. A soft close is preferable because it makes your kitchen noise-proof and also elongates the life of your cabinetry. Most companies give you an upto 8 years of warranties. We cannot promote a particular brand. But please check the load bearing capacity (50kg is generally the maximum) and that the channel system is innotech or nobel channel.

The cost of the shutters depends on the finish of the shutters. The matt laminate ones are the one of the most durable and economical ones you can choose.
Pantry drawers are a little costly but their utility and load bearing capacity of 50 Kg makes it an investment. The brands will depend on your budget. In the specifications check the load bearing capacity and wether or not they are soft close.

This is not a laminate. It is PU paint. Hence we were able to get this unique color. Something close to this shade is available in the acrylic finish though.
